Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days on every plan. You add a bank account or card when you sign up, and nothing is charged until day 15. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Why is paying by bank cheaper?
Card fees cost us more than a bank transfer, so we pass the difference on: 3% off every bill, for as long as you pay by bank account.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month with no setup fee, and onboarding is free. Pay yearly and you get two months free. Change plans or cancel anytime from Manage billing.
What is an AI read?
An AI read is used when Kitchen Corral reads a scan, a photo or a paperwork layout it doesn't know yet. Known factory layouts and spreadsheet POs are read free and never count. Extra reads are sold in packs.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in to work jobs: office, design, field, receiving or accounting. View-only and portal logins are free.
Can you bring over our existing jobs?
Yes. We help move your open jobs in during onboarding, at no charge.
Do we get our own site?
Yes. Every dealer gets its own web address, like yourname.kitchencorral.com, and its own database. Your jobs never share a table with anyone else's.
What about multiple showrooms or EDI?
That's Enterprise. We'll quote it with you, including EDI orders sent straight to the manufacturers that accept them.
